A maternity session celebrates one of the most meaningful seasons of your life. Here's what to expect when you shoot with us in San Diego.
When to schedule
The sweet spot is usually 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round and you're still comfortable moving around. Book a few weeks ahead so we can plan around your due date.
Studio or on location
We shoot soft, natural-light portraits along the San Diego coast and in gardens, as well as dramatic studio and milk-bath setups. We'll help you choose based on the look you love. View our maternity gallery.
What to wear
Form-fitting dresses and gowns flatter a bump beautifully—we have gowns you can borrow. Bring your partner and older kids if you'd like them included.
We guide every pose
Posing for a maternity shoot can feel awkward at first—don't worry. We direct you the whole way, so you feel confident and glowing in every frame.
